Administrative Manager

Tavos Auto Glass LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee our day-to-day administrative operations. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for managing our administrative staff, implementing and improving administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the administrative staff
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee and monitor office expenses and budgets
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Coordinate and manage special projects and events as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in administrative management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
