Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the smooth operation of all the logistics activities related to glass installations and other services provided to our customers. This includes creating and adjusting routes, managing schedules, and closely monitoring our service technicians in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize daily logistics activities
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time delivery of goods
• Create and adjust delivery routes to optimize efficiency
• Closely monitor and manage the activities of service technicians in the field
• Maintain and update records of inventory levels and delivery orders
• Continuously improve logistics processes and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
