Tavos Auto Glass LLC is seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Quality Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer expectations, and that our manufacturing processes are of the highest quality. 

You will be working closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
• Train and mentor production staff in quality control procedures and processes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with task management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
